Having undergone a respectful and meticulous three-year rejuvenation, The Beacon Hill Estate, previously owned by the nightlife luminary Regine, has been thoughtfully transformed to cater to the refined preferences of contemporary connoisseurs.
Comprising five distinct structures, Beacon Hill is comprised of the main house, a sprawling open-plan living area spanning approximately 5,000 square feet.
THE MAIN HOUSE
The main house beckons, reached by way of a bridge that crosses a substantial aquarium, giving rise to a moat-like spectacle where water lilies create a haven for freshwater fish and indigenous creatures. Gazing westward through the property, one's eyes are drawn to the captivating turquoise expanse that is distinctively Bahamian. With the bayside waves gently caressing the shoreline before you, a private theater is unveiled, delivering some of the most astonishing sunsets found anywhere in the world.
The master suite, a distinctively impressive and interconnected yet separate chamber, spans a generous 1,200 square feet, accompanied by a spacious spa-inspired bathroom adorned with floor-to-ceiling marble. THE POOL HOUSE

Within the pool house, a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue grill, and meticulously stocked bar complete with wine, beer, and soft drink refrigeration facilitate seamless transitions from evenings to early mornings.
THE PINK GAZEBO
Distinctive pink gazebo perches atop the estate, perhaps painted this shade as a maritime caution. This vantage point commands an awe-inspiring panorama of the bay's shoreline, making it an ideal locale for a morning coffee or tea, while the lower-level platform offers the perfect spot for sunbathing, contemplation, or observing dolphins and manatees playfully frolicking in the bay. A staircase leads to the private 120-foot dock, accompanied by a dock house and the sixth bedroom, affectionately dubbed the 'doghouse'. THE GUEST HOUSE
Detached from the main residence, the guest house surveys the garden from an elevated position, closely adjacent to the main house. It boasts a generously sized master suite with a spacious ensuite bathroom. Design elements such as planter-style armchairs, mahogany louvers, IPE, and marble seamlessly pay homage to the modern colonial aesthetic. The master suite of the guest house is interconnected with a second, equally spacious suite via a galley kitchen area. A sprawling 12-foot-deep veranda on the western side provides a tantalizing glimpse of the bayside, wrapping around the edifice and providing a serene escape overlooking the eastern gardens.

For the discerning traveler seeking a retreat that exudes refined authenticity and an irresistibly cool ambiance, The Beacon Hill Estate is now available for rental for select weeks each year. Guests are advised that the owner's feline companions, 'Zsa Zsa Gabor' and 'George Hamilton', are ever-present – thus, this haven is reserved for those with an affinity for animals.
Rates Include: daily housekeeping. laundry service, property manager, gardener, cheff service (two meals a day, F&B extra cost), wait staff and helpers, bartender. During March and Christmas / New Year’s Weeks, rates include food and standard beverages available from the local stores on Harbour Island.
