Set along a turquoise waterway with a private 60-foot dock, the villa provides direct deep-water access to the marina and the Atlantic Ocean, making it an ideal base for boat owners, charter guests, and anyone drawn to life on the water. Spanning 4,500 square feet, the property features four ensuite bedrooms, a separate guest house, and beautifully designed indoor and outdoor spaces perfect for gathering with family and friends.
Inside, the villa is thoughtfully arranged for both relaxation and entertaining. The spacious great room offers comfortable sectional seating, while the formal dining area creates an inviting setting for shared meals. A fully equipped chef’s kitchen serves as the heart of the home, complemented by a second lounge with a smart TV for casual evenings. A dedicated home office with high-speed Wi-Fi provides a quiet workspace when needed, while a powder room and separate laundry room add everyday convenience.
Outdoor living is at the center of the Amazonia experience. The private swimming pool is surrounded by elegant travertine decking and framed by mature tropical gardens and swaying palms. A covered loggia and alfresco dining area invite long lunches and sunset dinners, while the pergola-covered BBQ area features a built-in gas grill for effortless outdoor entertaining. Beneath the villa’s signature triple Mediterranean arches, a shaded outdoor lounge overlooks the canal, creating the perfect setting for slow Bahamian afternoons that linger well into the evening.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
