Inside the main residence, two spacious living rooms offer distinct spaces to unwind or entertain, whether enjoying a relaxed evening with family or gathering for cocktails before dinner. The elegant dining room seats ten guests comfortably, making it the perfect setting for memorable meals prepared by a private chef or shared with loved ones.
The primary suite is designed as a private sanctuary, featuring two separate dressing areas and two oversized bathrooms, allowing couples to enjoy complete privacy and convenience while getting ready. One of the guest bedrooms has been carefully designed with accessibility in mind, featuring a step-free layout, spacious circulation areas, and an ensuite bathroom that comfortably accommodates guests using a wheelchair or those who simply appreciate an easier flow throughout the space.
The detached guest house functions as an independent residence, complete with three peaceful bedrooms, a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious balcony overlooking the gardens and canal. It is ideal for extended family, friends, or staff who appreciate additional privacy while remaining just steps from the main house.
Outside, the estate embraces its waterfront setting with a large swimming pool positioned between the villa and the canal. A generous sun terrace with loungers provides the perfect place to spend warm afternoons, while the expansive lawn offers ample space for children to play or for guests to simply relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
A covered patio overlooking the gardens and water comfortably accommodates up to twelve guests and naturally becomes the gathering place for leisurely breakfasts, afternoons by the pool, and elegant dinners as the evening light reflects across the canal. Two attached garages and a spacious driveway ensure smooth and discreet arrivals, whether returning from the airport or spending the day exploring Nassau by boat.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
