Hummingbird House was constructed on two lots, giving it one of the largest plots of land in the community, ideal for ensuring your privacy. This elegant five-bedroom, five-ensuite, and one-bathroom villa also includes a guest house near the pool. The guest house features two separate bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, TV, and beverage area, making it perfect for visiting family or friends.

The villa is situated in the exclusive gated community of Old Fort Bay, peacefully located on the western outskirts of Nassau. The crystal-clear waters and sandy shores of some of the island’s best beaches, such as Jaws Beach, are just a short drive away. The international airport is less than ten minutes from the property. Nearby, you’ll also find a variety of dining options, a wine shop, a local grocery store, a relaxing spa, and the beautiful oceanside Blue Shark Golf Course.

The kitchen is beautifully designed and fully equipped to accommodate both home cooking and professional culinary needs. It features a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Wolf six-burner grill with a convection oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Additional high-end appliances include a NINJA Slushy Maker, a NINJA Speedi Air Fryer, a Cold Press Juice Maker, and a Vospeed 9-in-1 Stand Mixer. The kitchen also includes a wine cellar and a wine rack for your favorite selections.

In the main house, there are five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and private terrace. The master bedroom, located upstairs, includes a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a bath and separate shower, dual sinks, and a spacious private terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee. All bedrooms are furnished with comfortable mattresses, new pillows, and soft white linens to make you feel at home.

On the ground floor, there is a TV room with a large Samsung Smart TV for movie nights and a spacious living room with a large LG Smart TV. The dining room is next to the kitchen and includes a cabinet stocked with glassware and dishware, along with a wine cabinet and a wine fridge that holds up to seven bottles of wine or champagne. The villa also includes a fully functional laundry area for your convenience.

You can dine at either of the two beautiful dining areas: the ten-seater indoor wooden dining table or the ten-seater outdoor table on the patio overlooking the pool and lush garden.

To the left of the house is a gazebo overlooking the canal, offering a spectacular view at sunset and a perfect spot for pre-dinner cocktails. To the right of the house is the guest house, which features a private sitting area in the shade. The area is equipped with a large ceiling fan, making it a relaxing space to unwind.
