Being beachfront allows you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the island from the comfort of the impeccably maintained villa. Imagine waking to the smell of freshly brewed coffee and expertly made canapés or relaxing on the terrace with a sunset cocktail.
After a day on the beach's white sands, you will likely bring some of the sand home with you. An outdoor shower is helpful to keep the sand out of the house.
Six bedrooms mean the Reigate Villa is equipped to serve up to 12 guests, so the villa is ideal for friends or multi-generational family vacations. A king-size bed graces the main bedroom with a private balcony with a spectacular sea view.
The second and third bedrooms also feature king-sized beds and sea views. Like the master, both of these rooms feature en suite bathrooms.
The fourth bedroom features two single beds and an en suite bathroom. This room would be great for the singles in your group. Bedrooms five and six feature king-size beds and en suite bathrooms.
Prepare to be pampered by the villa staff. An on-staff cook will prepare two meals a day (consecutive meals) for you during your stay in the villa, leaving you to enjoy all the island has to offer. Housekeeping services are offered daily except on Sundays or holidays.
The property provides all linens, including bed linens, towels, and beach towels. The linens are refreshed as needed.
The complimentary concierge service helps you plan your activities while on the island. The concierge team will help you schedule experiences, activities, and reservations as needed.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
