Ideally sized for six discerning travelers, it offers an impressive array of indoor and outdoor living spaces and additional amenities reserved exclusively for guests. The property is set on more than an acre of private gardens and grounds, and a saltwater pool is available for guests to enjoy.
The villa faces the pool and its terrace is furnished with a formal, al fresco dining area as well as a comfortable outdoor lounge. Stepping in from this beautiful living space is the sunken living room. With its terra cotta tile floors, high ceilings, and pops of color, it instantly relaxes. Large sofas and generous arm chairs encourage hours of conversation, and just a few steps up takes you to the formal dining room that opens into the gourmet kitchen. Though guests here enjoy the services of a cook and housekeeper, you will still want to enjoy the use of this lovely kitchen, using it to whip up snacks or even light meals featuring local ingredients.
The villa is a three-bedroom property. Two of the bedrooms are located at a level above the shared living spaces. These feature private patios that deliver unprecedented sea views. The third is at the ground level and it opens to the terrace. All of the bedrooms are large with private, en suite bathrooms and luxury linens.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Construction Notice
Work has begun just off the shoreline on the southern end of Gibbs Beach to install a breakwater to protect the shoreline and Gibbs Beach from erosion. Work of this nature has been ongoing at various points along the west coast, resulting in the restoration of sand levels and more accessible beaches. The breakwater work will continue for 2-3 months this summer. Guests staying at the Emerald Beach Villas will be able to view the work near by and possible hear rocks being moved / installed off shore.
Please be advised that in addition to the repairs necessary due to the passage of Hurricane Beryl, Emerald Beach is currently experiencing additional disruption due to the ongoing repairs and beachwork to the property directly to the south of the community.
