Guests of this villa can also benefit from the household staff that includes a cook and a maid. You won't have to prepare a meal, though with the full-sized and truly gourmet kitchen in your villa, you may want to. The style of this villa is casual and relaxed, and the pale palette is accented with bursts of inspiring, tropical colors.
Enter through the coral marble doorway and you reach the pristine kitchen. Pass through to the formal dining area that looks out over the sunken living room. Here you can sit for hours on the banquet sofa and never miss a moment of the scenery just outside. Pass through the arch to your outdoor living room, which is also generously furnished, and over to the al fresco dining gazebo tempting you to linger over your coffee or cocktails.
The three bedrooms are also beautifully decorated and designed. All three are en suite to ensure privacy, and two are on the upper level with the third at the ground level. All of the bedrooms have private patios or terraces and provide you with unprecedented views of the gardens and the sea.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Construction Notice
Work has begun just off the shoreline on the southern end of Gibbs Beach to install a breakwater to protect the shoreline and Gibbs Beach from erosion. Work of this nature has been ongoing at various points along the west coast, resulting in the restoration of sand levels and more accessible beaches. The breakwater work will continue for 2-3 months this summer. Guests staying at the Emerald Beach Villas will be able to view the work near by and possible hear rocks being moved / installed off shore.
