Villa Capri Manor Barbados. Located steps from Gibbs Beach in the St. Peter area of Barbados, Villa Capri Manor is an estate-like property that offers an extensive array of luxuries and amenities, and all within reach of the best restaurants, shops, water sports, and sightseeing.

Surrounded by its own garden, which ensures privacy and peace, the four-bedroom villa has been designed with leisure in mind. The swimming pool terrace will become a preferred gathering space, and is framed by the stone terrace. Here, full-sized sun beds with retractable shades will tempt you to while away many hours, but so too will the hammock stretching in the shade or the lounge area at one end of the pool. And just steps down from the pool you will discover your private Jacuzzi adjacent to a luxurious, al fresco dining gazebo and barbecue.

If you head to the covered terrace, you find additional lounging and dining spaces and access to the main living areas. Designed with an open floor plan, they feature high ceilings, beautiful wood floors, and truly tropical décor. The central hall heads to the pool area or into the formal living room. Nearby, a separate media room offers an entertainment center and cozy seating. Within this same area guest will be delighted to discover their enormous, gourmet kitchen with yet another dining spot.

The four bedrooms all have large windows opening to the private pool and garden area. Three of them feature king beds, and the master suite features a larger vanity and sitting area. The fourth is a twin bedroom, but all four have their own, ensuite bathrooms to ensure privacy.

Whether you want to explore the entire island, the local beaches, or just relax in the splendor of your own private villa, Villa Capri Manor is a wonderful find and sure to delight and please you.

Place was amazing and with the service that was provided made place even better…Kay and Michelle were incredible and Nikita was god sent…location was nice but the pool was amazing definitely felt safer there than at home…absolutely loved it and did not want to return home…

Wife set everything up and we didn’t argue so I’m positive everything went smooth

Capri Manor was great! Kay (cook) and Michelle (housekeeper) were so great to work with every day. they were friendly and we enjoyed having them around. Nikita (property management) went above and beyond in helping us book excursions and transportation. The house was great and had everything we needed. The pool area was well-maintained and we spent a lot of time out there. Would definitely like to go back.
All the dealings we had with Isle Blue we great! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and if they didn't know the answer, they would find it out. We will definitely use them again!

Renters beware!!! I wish I could give my experience 5 stars but we had some health and safety issues. First let me start with the villa and pool are beautiful and the staff, Kay and Michelle, we’re amazing! However, we had an issue with the cleanliness of the A/C unit in one of the bedrooms. It had black dust or mold it in and made the person who slept in that room for two nights sick with cold symptoms and congestion. The property management did have the unit cleaned during our stay. Our biggest issue with the villa was that it was BROKEN INTO one night just 7 mins after we left for dinner. The house does have an alarm system and it was set when we left. We came home to find the alarm had been tripped but turned off, the front door busted wide open and all of the bedrooms ransacked…nightstands, dressers, closets, everything! We were never notified by the property management company about the alarm going off nor did they contact us to check on our safety - we had to notify them! The main door was broken beyond repair during the break in but we had to stay in the villa because they couldn’t relocate us to another property and no hotel would clean rooms for our party. They did offer for an older gentleman from the security company to stay overnight at the property with us. And we were able to move out the next day. We’ve asked the local property management to be reimbursed for the lost time at the villa and the extra out of pocket expenses for a hotel but they have been completely silent. Extremely disappointing experience!!

As stated above, Kay and Michelle really were amazing! They kept a very tidy villa and Kay is a wonderful cook. They treated us every day with a smile and kindness. Kay even rushed to the villa when we notified her of the break in and she stayed well into the night to make sure we were all ok.

There are a number of really great restaurants close to the villa! Be sure to check out Sea Shed, The Fish Pot, Baia and La Baguette! All have delicious food and really cool island vibes.

We booked airport transport and a rental car through Barbados Blue which I highly recommend. Everything was on time and as expected (the rental car was dropped off and picked up from the villa). Also check out Silvermoon for catamaran cruises. Animal Flower Cave is a must do for food and the experience. And you can’t go wrong with beach hoping but the best beach is the one across the street! The sunset from there is breath taking.

The House was beautiful. The grounds are very well kept and by far the absolute highlight of our entire trip was the house staff. Roslyn, Katrina and Malissa literally made our entire vacation amazing. Without them we still would’ve enjoyed ourselves but not nearly as much.

Isle Blue took care of every detail and whenever we had a question they were very responsive. When you have a question of concern you want it addressed immediately and it was. Everyone was a pleasure to work with.

We came to Capri Manor with high expectations and they were more than met! The home itself is lovely, decorated simply and elegantly. The gardens around the house and pool make it a perfect spot for spending part of or even most of the day. The beach being a bit of a stroll down and across the road is the perfect mix of good snorkeling, gentle waves for surfing, and action a bit further down on the next beach which is Mullins. The housekeeper and chef make your stay a true vacation. Bajan specialties include chicken, flying fish, fish cakes...all delicious.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Are we protected from fraud? click to open
Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Staff section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.
Are towels and linens provided? click to open
Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.
Is an iron included? click to open
Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.

The maximum number of guests for the event is 50.
The event fee is a one-night rate. If these two events, that's two event fees.

Note: Guests are responsible for set-up and clean-up of the event, please note guests are also responsible for all costs associated with extra staffing, catering, decorating, food and beverage purchase, etc.
 

Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
