The property contains more than two acres of stunningly landscaped gardens and grounds. A babbling fountain rests in the shade of native palms, a large expanse of lawn leads you towards the sea, and the swimming pool terrace is a true visual delight. With beautifully painted gazebos, a unique and flowing form, and a surrounding stone terrace, it is a destination on its own as well. Dine al fresco beneath one gazebo, or spend hours lounging in the other. Head to the private tennis courts or lounge on one of the many sun beds.
A single-story, the villa is expansive, and this includes the large covered terrace that faces out towards the pool. Here too you can enjoy al fresco dining and lounging, or head indoors to the truly elegant dining room, the media room with its massive banquet sofa, or the impressive living room where yet another dining area is available.
There are three bedrooms in the villa and each is an exquisite example of world-class décor and style. Each is equipped with a large, opulent en suite bath, and the master bedroom features an additional sitting room and a private area on the terrace.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
