Coral Cove 11 on Barbados. There is little that can compare to a private getaway, but in areas where resort-style vacations are common, privacy can be hard to find. This is part of the reason that the luxury property known as Coral Cove 11 is so appealing. Set on a beautiful beachfront location of the Platinum Coast of Barbados, Coral Cove rests on Paynes Bay Beach and is moments from the area's best dining and boutique shopping.

Naturally, there has to be more to the story than just the best location, and Coral Cove 11 has a lot to offer. Designed by a renowned architect, the entire building is comprised of twelve luxury apartments. The emphasis of the design is on outdoor living, and so the showpiece of each apartment is the large patio area that provides unimpeded views of the sea and the beach below.

The patio of Coral Cove 11 features an al fresco dining area, small lounge, and relaxing Jacuzzi tub. The open floor plan takes you indoors into the tropical decor of the living room. With a relaxing palette and use of natural materials, this space will become a major draw. Further indoors is the gourmet kitchen equipped to handle any sort of tastes or demands.

There are three bedrooms in the Coral Cove 11 and two include en suite baths. While two of the bedrooms have large beds, the third bedroom is furnished with two twins. This makes the space a good choice for discerning families or groups. It would also be a great space for a business traveler looking for more than the standard hotel devoid of character or appeal.

The master bedroom also opens directly to the patio and is adjacent to that Jacuzzi tub, meaning that this apartment might also prove a perfect spot for the ultimate romantic retreat in Barbados, too.

  • Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, 35% of gross rental rate is forfeited. For cancellation between 45 to 59 days of arrival, 60% of gross rental is forfeited. Cancellation less than 45 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

For new bookings made for travel in 2021, the property manager is modifying the booking policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit at the time of booking
~ Balance due 45 days prior to arrival 
~ Christmas / New Year 2021/22 period: Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

For new bookings made for travel in 2021, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 15 days prior to the arrival, all monies paid will be refunded minus all bank charges, processing fee and US$250.00 administration fee.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 15 days of the arrival date, 15% of the Gross Rental plus bank charges and processing fee will be forfeited. 
~ If guests opt for deferral of dates, all monies paid will be applied to deferred dates and must be used within a 12-month period from original arrival date. 

For new bookings made during the Christmas / New Year 2021/22 period, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation, 15% of the Gross Rental plus bank charges and processing fee will be forfeited. 
~ If guests opt for deferral of dates, all monies paid will be applied to deferred dates at the same property and must be used within a 12-month period from original arrival date.
All payments remain non-refundable if the deferred dates are cancelled after rebooking new dates.

The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :

1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.

Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.

The accommodation at Coral Cove was wonderful. The unit was spacious and beautiful and situated in a convenient location close to the supermarket and restaurants. We spent most of our days on the beautiful beach and enjoyed the sun set every evening. Our cleaning lady was amazing and did a great job every day.
We all were very surprised at how early the construction next door started and from what we observed they worked all day. They are definitely trying to finish it.
Barbados is one of my favourite islands and we will definitely return soon. Thank you for all your help and I look forward to using you again for future travel. Thanks to everyone for making this vacation one of the best! And wishing everyone at Isle Blue a Happy New Year full of happiness, love and prosperity.... And lots is safe travels!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Coral Cove #11 recently. The unit is part of a 14 villa complex right on Paynes Bay beach ( which i regard as one of the best beaches on the island of Barbados).

The property manager said that this villa has been newly refurbished and it had all the signs of it. It was bright, airy, spotlessly clean and had amazing views of the beach below and Caribbean Sea beyond.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with king beds and 1 twin room for the kids ( all ensuite). A house keeper calls every day and does a great job tiding up.

Sun loungers are laid out every morning for guests which is a nice touch and there are plenty of activities for all to do on the beach. Jet skiing, tubing, boat rides can all be organised.

All in all it was an awesome vacations and we look forward returning to Coral Cove #11 next year.

The Villa was 5 star. Very well appointed. Great layout. Awesome decor. Very clean. First class all the way.
The staff was awesome. Starting with the concierge in the US (Mary), to the local concierge (Medhi), housekeeping, drivers, Fabulous Feast personnel ( chef Tomas and waitress Charlotte). Just can’t say enough.

Restaurant Recommendations: Bistrot Caribes was awesome. Others like Ocean 82, Rainbow Cafe were also great.
Activity Recommendations: Xisle boat charters was great. Fabulous Feast are incredible

Nid D'amour was magnificent. House is updated, clean, comfortable, and the view is spectacular. Pool was warm (important for my husband), beds INCREDIBLY comfy, kitchen stocked. (they could update their music situation which is circa 1980, but not listening to our own music was eclipsed by views and other house comforts) As great as the house is, the real bonus of this property was the concierge, Axel, and house keeper, Paula. The two took care of our every need and curiosity and were available to us 24/7. No matter how beautiful a spot is, it's the people who truly make a vacation. They were 5 full stars.

Isle Blue could not have been easier to work with. Planning a last minute vacation and they were very accommodating on money transfers and everything. Wonderful.

Villa Comments: This is the most amazing villa that I have ever experienced!!! And yes, it is an experience. Starting with the house - all four bedrooms face the ocean and are private, each with their own bathroom and secluded patio/deck; perfect for four couples or a family. The great room and its view is breathtaking. Not to mention the infinity edge pool. Or private sandy beach. And the turquoise water... don't get me started!!! And to top it off, the villa is fully staffed! Jai, the butler, not only cleans, (don't tell anyone but he washed and folded all our laundry), but he is an incredible bartender!! We have never had better drinks, at any bar or restaurant than the ones he made for us. Can't wait to return! Thanks Bristol Bliss for an amazing vacation!
