This three-bedroom villa is located on the second floor of a private luxury property with 100 feet of private access to Paynes Bay beach. The building sits directly on the waterfront, but a gorgeous private garden provides ground-floor guests with optimal privacy, while also creating an enchanting way for other guests to make their way to the beach.
The condo itself is the ultimate in Caribbean decor and style. The large patio is a living space in itself with comfortable furnishings and an al fresco dining area. There is a Jacuzzi tub that provides a relaxing way to take in the amazing view. Leading from the open-air patio and into the formal living areas, the open floor plan optimizes the sense of airiness and light. The living area provides a cozy place to enjoy the entertainment area and leads to the open and gourmet kitchen.

2 of us rented the apartment for 1 week, the process through tripadvisor, with the owner and rental company was easy and faultless. Having stayed on the West Coast in several hotels we were wary of an apt but will only do it this way going forwards. The apartment has 3 lovely bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an amazing lounge/kitchen which opens onto a great terrace with sofas, dinning table and to top it off a hot tub! There is a covered parking space, security and the housekeeper were nothing but helpful and considerate, pointing us in the right direction when needed! I’ve arrived home with all clean clothes, due to the housekeepers help!!! Location is great, being able to walk along the beach all the way to Sandy Lane and then the other way to the Cliff! Great restaurants in local proximity and everything you could need, including connies bbq across the road on Thurs, Fri and sat!
What a fantastic holiday in a luxury apartment, better than any hotel!
