Part of a larger, and extraordinarily luxurious apartment complex, this villa has all you need for a Caribbean escape. With three bedrooms and an impressive array of living spaces, it can accommodate six people in total comfort and opulence.
It all begins with the terrace area, which features a private plunge pool framed by the gorgeous arches that are a dominant feature of this entire property. Sun loungers and an al fresco dining area are also part of the covered terrace, and just a step indoors leads you to more space in which to relax and enjoy the sea breezes. The great room floor plan incorporates an oversized living room with banquet sofas. Next to this area is a grand piano that provides a perfect place to enjoy cocktails from the breakfast bar nearby.
The large and gourmet kitchen opens directly into the great room, making it a joy to prepare drinks and meals while also enjoying the views of the sea just beyond the terrace. Of course, with a cook, housekeeper, butler and manager on hand, you don't need to do any cooking throughout the stay!
The three bedrooms in the villa are a match to the richness of the rest of the property and the master bedroom has a private balcony and king bed. The other bedrooms have good views and are all en suite as well.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Due to recent weather events, the beach in front of Old Trees has been eroded and damaged the seawall. Reconstruction is ongoing and expected to be completed by November. In the interim, guests can access the beach via the public access entrance on Paynes Bay.
