Porters Villa is that rare find that will remain with you long after you pack up and return home. Part of an authentic island estate, it is situated in the Platinum Coast area of Barbados and places guests close to premiere golf, amazing restaurants, stunning beaches, and more. As part of a classic and historic estate, the coral stone cottage maintains a timeless style as it resides within a mature and appealing mahogany grove. It retains its original, centuries-old architectural style and accents, but has had many modern improvements and updates. For example, there is a fitness center in the villa, but there are also amazingly manicured gardens and grounds dating back decades or more. It is just a short walk to the beach where a private beach cabana awaits.
It is a three-bedroom villa with a long list of stunning amenities. One of the most appealing is the pool area that is flanked on both sides by the villa and its stone terrace as a picturesque framework. Within one wing of the villa is the great room that gazes out through stone arches at the lovely pool. With high, mahogany stained ceilings contrasting against the coral stone, it is an airy and yet soothing space. Oversized exotic wood furniture and a bar at the end make it a favorite gathering spot. Within the opposite wing is a more formal living room area, featuring a massive banquette sofa and an open floor plan that leads into the eat-in, gourmet kitchen and beyond that to the casual al fresco dining space.
The kitchen is a gourmet’s delight with its high-end appliances and immense amounts of workspace, as well as windows opening to the gardens, to ensure a busy cook doesn’t miss a thing. However, this is a fully staffed property and that means all visitors enjoy the attentive services of a private chef, a housekeeping team, and an array of grounds keepers.
The bedrooms are divided between the original structure and the new wing. In the original, stone structure is a massive master suite with king bed, large and private bath, and amazing garden views. The other bedrooms are found in the new structure and both are king suites with private baths and stunning views of the mahogany grove just outside.

For new bookings with travel dates during the Low Season 2020 and High Season 2021, the Property Manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
~ Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
For new bookings with travel dates during the Low Season 2020 and High Season 2021, the Property Manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 45 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 45 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.
