As a component of a historic and mature estate, the coral stone dwelling has a timeless style within an extraordinary mahogany grove.
Porters Villa keeps its centuries-old architectural style but has also had many modern updates and improvements made for sheer comfort. As an example, the villa offers a fitness center with top equipment but also has stunning manicured lawns and grounds that date back several decades. The villa is also situated only a short walk from the beach where guests can relax in a private beach cabana.
This villa offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms with room for up to six guests. It has tons of appeal, starting with the pool area that is flanked on both edges of the villa with a stone terrace to act as a gorgeous framework. The outdoor area allows vacationers to enjoy a real tropical retreat that is the perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring Barbados.
One of the wings of the villa comes with tall mahogany stained ceilings against the coral stone to create a relaxing space. There is oversized furniture made of exotic wood as well as a bar where many guests enjoy gathering at the end of the night. The other wing of the villa has a formal living room with a giant banquette couch. It has an open floor plan that includes a gourmet kitchen that is just off of the casual alfresco dining area.
The bedrooms in this villa are divided between the new wing and the original wing. The original wing houses the master suite with a large king bed, a spacious private bath, and gorgeous views of the gardens. The rest of the bedrooms are in the other wing. Both of them have king beds and ensuite bathrooms with views of the mahoganies just outside.
This villa also has a chef’s kitchen with top appliances and lots of workspaces. It has large windows that open out to the gardens so the cook in the group can enjoy the sights.

For new bookings the Property Manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
~ Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
For new bookings the Property Manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 45 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 45 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.
