The main villa features four spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with the potential to make additional accommodation available upon request depending on the season.

The open-plan ground floor is fully air-conditioned and features soaring ceilings, creating an airy and sophisticated atmosphere. Two king-size bedrooms are located on this level, each with a private en-suite bathroom. One bedroom also opens directly onto a private furnished patio.

The impressive entrance hall flows into the spacious open-plan living and dining areas and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Designed with entertaining and larger groups in mind, the kitchen features high-spec appliances, generous storage, and ample workspace suitable for private chefs and catering teams. A separate housekeeper's work area with full laundry facilities provides added convenience.

The ground floor also includes an office with a powder room and pull-out sofa, offering flexible additional sleeping accommodation when required.

Fig Tree House & Cottage also features a generous double carport with two golf buggies, an outdoor charging point, and a storage facility. The property is fully secured and monitored by CCTV, providing guests with added peace of mind throughout their stay.
