Yet, there is also the three bedroom villa ready for you to enjoy. It is an airy and gorgeous property with wonderful sea views from the enormous terrace, as well as some of the bedrooms. The terrace is sure to become a favorite gathering spot. Half open and half sheltered beneath a portico, it offers you cozy outdoor dining and cooking, an oversized banquette sofa for hours of lounging, and plenty of sunbathing.
Inside, the high white ceiling of the great room manages to capture the sunlight and sea breezes. This oversized and open floor planned space features your stylish formal dining room, the cozy living room (with modern entertainment space) and the beautifully appointed gourmet kitchen.

Arrival Information: Guests staying at this property should choose the Barbados North Coast Transfer service area for airport transfers. We highly recommend the Barbados Fast Track service to expedite your arrival and avoid long waits at customs.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Effective from 1 May 2026, the Royal Westmoreland (RWM) will be introducing a Resort Fee per property as follows :
1 & 2 bedroom properties : US$ 100 / week
3-bedroom properties: US $ 125 / week
4+ bedroom properties: US $ 150 / week
The charge is based on the size of the property, not per person. For example, if 2 guests are staying in a 4-bedroom property the fee will be US$ 150 / week.
