Villa Aurora Barbados. The word villa is tossed about casually in the world of Caribbean vacation rentals, but Villa Aurora truly lives up to the title. A spacious, elegant, and tasteful property, it offers visitors some of the finest views of the Caribbean while also providing the ultimate in privacy and upscale amenities. As part of the Sandy Lane Estates it automatically boasts a lot of prestige, along with one of the best beaches.

Villa Aurora features seven bedrooms (all en suite) and can accommodate up to fourteen guests. Any visitor will be impressed even as they simply make their way along the winding drive. The pale palette used on the exterior enhances the gorgeous lines of the Georgian style structure, and yet this only hints of what is to be found inside the villa. Classic Caribbean style suggests that this will be a villa of the finest qualities, and this is indeed what guests encounter.

The airy and high-ceilinged spaces of the two-story structure blend fluidly with the beautiful stone terrace and swimming pool area. The very essence of the Caribbean, with its brilliant blue skies, tropical breezes, and gorgeous light are all put to use in the design of the interior and exterior spaces. A covered lounge, private tennis court, and cabana round out the excellent features available to guests. There is an indoor living room with views to the gardens and grounds, a relaxed dining area, and even a media room for evenings spent in total relaxation.

Each of the bedrooms features a large and luxurious bath. There is a housekeeper on the premises, as well as two cooks available six days per week. Access to Sandy Lane Beach is nearby, making Villa Aurora an ideal choice for a group of travelers, a destination event, or a special family gathering at any time of year.

For new bookings the property manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation / 50% deposit for Christmas/New Year bookings
~ Balance due 30 days prior to arrival

For new bookings the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation, all payments made will be forfeited and kept as a voucher credit for travel to the same villa for up 12 months from the original arrival date. No refund will be offered.

The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :

1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
What is the cancellation policy? click to open
Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.
Are towels and linens provided? click to open
Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.
Is an iron included? click to open
Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.

Modified Payment Policy

For new bookings with travel dates during the Low & High Seasons in 2020 & 2021, the property manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
~ Balance due 30 days prior to arrival

Modified Cancellation Policy

For new bookings, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cannot travel due to Covid-19 reasons, 100% of the Gross Rental will be kept as a voucher credit for travel to the same villa up to 12 months from original arrival date.

The Villa was 5 star. Very well appointed. Great layout. Awesome decor. Very clean. First class all the way.
The staff was awesome. Starting with the concierge in the US (Mary), to the local concierge (Medhi), housekeeping, drivers, Fabulous Feast personnel ( chef Tomas and waitress Charlotte). Just can’t say enough.

Restaurant Recommendations: Bistrot Caribes was awesome. Others like Ocean 82, Rainbow Cafe were also great.
Activity Recommendations: Xisle boat charters was great. Fabulous Feast are incredible

This villa was even better in person! It was such a gorgeous place to spend the weekend with family and friends.

Everything was amazing from beginning to end. When we arrived at the villa, we were greeted by Juan who showed us everything we needed and addressed all concerns during our stay. We will definitely be booking our next stay through Isle Blue!

Nid D'amour was magnificent. House is updated, clean, comfortable, and the view is spectacular. Pool was warm (important for my husband), beds INCREDIBLY comfy, kitchen stocked. (they could update their music situation which is circa 1980, but not listening to our own music was eclipsed by views and other house comforts) As great as the house is, the real bonus of this property was the concierge, Axel, and house keeper, Paula. The two took care of our every need and curiosity and were available to us 24/7. No matter how beautiful a spot is, it's the people who truly make a vacation. They were 5 full stars.

Isle Blue could not have been easier to work with. Planning a last minute vacation and they were very accommodating on money transfers and everything. Wonderful.

Villa Comments: This is the most amazing villa that I have ever experienced!!! And yes, it is an experience. Starting with the house - all four bedrooms face the ocean and are private, each with their own bathroom and secluded patio/deck; perfect for four couples or a family. The great room and its view is breathtaking. Not to mention the infinity edge pool. Or private sandy beach. And the turquoise water... don't get me started!!! And to top it off, the villa is fully staffed! Jai, the butler, not only cleans, (don't tell anyone but he washed and folded all our laundry), but he is an incredible bartender!! We have never had better drinks, at any bar or restaurant than the ones he made for us. Can't wait to return! Thanks Bristol Bliss for an amazing vacation!
