Villa Elsewhere is part of the prestigious and opulent Sandy Lane Estates along the lovely western coast of Barbados. Yet, the luxuriousness of a vacation here is greatly increased with a stay at this premiere villa. Set on more than two private acres, it offers ten bedrooms and will easily accommodate up to 20 guests in comfort and style.
A full-service property, guests enjoy the attentive services of a personal chef, the villa’s butler and host, gardening crew, laundress, housekeeping team and pool team. They are there to ensure that all needs are met and that the many indoor and outdoor living spaces are enjoyed to the greatest extent possible. There are two wings to the villa, and an array of verandahs and terraces to offer relaxation around the clock. The pool area is fully furnished with sunbeds and lounges and flanked by an al fresco living room and dining area. There are upper-level lounges with amazing sea views and a more formal dining suite, and even an al fresco bar and kitchen area for casual cocktails or morning beverages.
The design and décor emphasizes a breezy but contemporary island style and focuses on a calming palette of sand, cream, terra cotta, wood and stone. The overall design of the property blurs the lines between interior and exterior spaces, ensuring that every sunrise, sunset and sea breeze can be enjoyed to the fullest degree. The interior shared living spaces also include an office and den, the fitness center, a formal living room, and the enormous gourmet kitchen.
The ten bedrooms are divided between the main house and two smaller bungalows (the pool house and a garden cottage). Each features a king bed (though several have two doubles that can be made separately). All of the bedrooms feature ensuite baths opulently appointed with free-standing tubs and signature showers. Most open to private balconies or terraces, and those at the pool open to the pool area, while the garden suites open to a verandah.
Just a fifteen-minute walk to the main resort facilities, including the Beach Club with its cabanas, bar and lounge, and sports facilities, the Villa Elsewhere is sure to become a fast favorite for a family or friends’ getaway to the lovely Platinum Coast of Barbados.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
