Comprising the main house and a guest cottage, Halle Rose covers over 6,000 square feet of living space and sits on one of the largest plots in the estate, spanning more than 2 ½ acres. Its ridge-front position provides stunning sea views to the west, surrounded by majestic mahogany trees. To the south and east, the property overlooks the famed Old Nine golf course with its clubhouse, bar, and tennis facilities.
This holiday home seamlessly blends colonial charm with contemporary finishes and comforts. Upon entering, you are greeted by an inviting reception room that leads to a terrace dining area overlooking the pool, expansive lawn, and gardens. An open corridor offers views to the west and leads to the bedroom wings on both sides.
The north hallway leads to the coral stone deck and pool area with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as two spacious guest bedrooms. The south hallway leads to another guest bedroom and the large master bedroom, all air-conditioned and featuring en-suite bathrooms. Adjacent to the reception area is a TV and family room, while to the left is a formal dining room with stairs leading down to the kitchen and lower level.
The modern kitchen, located on the lower level, is fully equipped and includes a convenient dumbwaiter system serving the dining room above. Also on the lower level are a gym and a two-bedroom, one-bathroom guest cottage with living and office areas, accessible through its own entrance.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
