You will enjoy the verdant beauty of the mature plantings that surround your property, including swaying palms as well as native plants and trees. This is especially true of the swimming pool terrace that is dotted with sun beds that allow you to work on your tan or to enjoy the cool shade. From there you make you way up to the terrace areas that include al fresco dining spots in addition to further lounging areas. The terrace leads to a lounging area with an amazing view. Here you will find yourselves gathering often, or heading to the banquet sofas of the living room. This property also boasts a hot tub and several other garden patio spaces.
The interior spaces also feature the full, gourmet kitchen, but visitors to this property need not do any cleaning or cooking during their stay. Instead, they can leave daily meal prep in the hands of the cook, and allow the housekeeping staff and the laundress to take care of everything else.
The three bedrooms each open to a private pool or deck area, feature luxuriously large and private en suite bathrooms, and feature large beds with premium linens.
Ideally suited for a group of friends or a family, the Villa Solandra is one of the most private and luxurious properties in the area. More than a mile from any other properties, it allows you to enjoy the views while being just minutes from the sea and the other community facilities.

Please note that the house next door to Solandra in Sandy Lane will be undergoing construction for the next 18 – 24 months. Times for construction will be Monday to Friday (7:30AM to 5:00 PM), Saturday (7:30AM to 12:00 PM) and Sunday’s/Bank Holidays No noisy works or heavy equipment is to operate.
