An ultra-luxury property, it balances interior and exterior spaces perfectly and manages to eliminate the lines between them using oversized doors and floor to ceiling windows.
At the heart of the villa is the oversized swimming pool and terrace. Framed in lovely native stone the pool is tucked out of sight and ensures total privacy. It is flanked on both sides by sun decks furnished with lounges and backs up to several open and covered verandahs. These too are furnished for comfortable outdoor living and dining.
Indoors, the elegance of the décor is balanced by the use of natural materials and a soothing palette that emphasizes creamy white and natural wood. There is a traditional great room with lounge and formal dining space, as well as access to the kitchen. The villa also has a media room.

For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
