The Gemini A19 features four professionally-decorated bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms that will be one of the biggest and most relaxing components of your Barbados stay. When you enter the property, you’ll be treated to the sight of a grandiose open-plan living room and dining area that boasts high ceilings to make it look more open and inviting, no matter the time of day or evening. The dining area leads into the kitchen, which is filled with modern appliances and state-of-the-art furnishings to guarantee that anything cooked in the kitchen will taste as good as the tools it’s prepared with. The living area exits onto the large balcony that overlooks the postcard-worthy views of Barbados and the ocean in the distance. Additionally, if you decide that looking isn’t all you want to do, you can head down to the private pool area and plunge pool and swim a few laps under the Caribbean sun or moon.

Terms and Conditions:
Please be advised that construction of the padel courts will begin on Monday, July 21st, 2025, in the area south of the playground and east of Court 1.
The construction team will use the far end of the car park, and excavation equipment will access the site via the north end of the tennis courts.
While a significant portion of the construction is being carried out off-site, excavation works on-site will generate some noise and debris.
Working hours will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with equipment use starting at 9:00 AM.
The project is being managed by CIS Contracting, a professional team, and we expect minimal disruption to regular activities.
Construction of the base is expected to last 8 to 10 weeks, depending on weather conditions.
The padel courts themselves have already been ordered; however, manufacturing and shipping will take approximately 2 to 3 months. If all goes according to plan, the courts will be fully assembled and operational by the end of November.
