With your first look at the Anegada House you will know you are in paradise. Located on Guana Island (north of Tortola), it gives you an impossibly lovely view of the nearby beaches, islands, and landscape. A privately owned island, Guana Island ensures that you enjoy almost total seclusion and privacy during your stay. The design of the villa guarantees this, and uses natural materials to create the sense that the property sprang naturally from the landscape.

You arrive at a private dock and are taken to your little villa to settle in. The focal point of this villa is the stone pool terrace. A gentle and rounded pool, it provides you with a shaded area to take in the gorgeous scenery. Framed with comfortable sun chairs, it is reached by a path that takes you through the al fresco dining area and down from the verandah. Three terraces provide an array of spots to enjoy the views, and when you are ready to unwind, you can do so in the warm and welcoming lounge. With tropical décor and a neutral palette it promotes an immediate sense of calm.

Spacious bedrooms complete the portrait of relaxation, and each of the three bedrooms offer king beds, private terraces, unbelievable views, and luxuriously large en suite bathrooms.

Because your meals are served at the Great House, you will be able to enjoy short and comfortable strolls, ever changing views, and an effortless holiday where no cooking, tidying up, or worries about a reliable spot for a meal will trouble you. Instead, it will be about deciding between a walk to the white sandy beaches (there are six to choose from), a hike in the hills or nap in one of the many hammocks.

The Villa Anegada House offers you and your family or friends a rare chance at a private island escape that delivers the very best in British Virgin Islands charm.

So unfurl your life-stressed body under a swaying palm, toes in the powder sand, cool breeze in your hair and relax. You are on Guana time.

The rates include : Three meals per day plus between meal refreshments such as fruit, coffee, tea both at the Great House or at the beach club. Wines with lunch and dinner daily. Standard bar and beverages at the villa, Great House and Beach Club. Beach BBQs and movie nights. Daily housekeeping services. Unlimited use of the tennis courts, sailboats, kayaks, Hobie Cat, pedal boats, snorkel gear, hiking trails, croquet, ping-pong, beach equipment, fishing equipment. Utilities and internet WiFi services. A round trip group taxi and boat transfers to and from Tortola Airport on Beef Island.

Anegada House may be rented as a villa for up to 6+2 guests or as three separate one-bedroom units.

Getting to Anegada House : A local representative will meet the guests at their BVI arrival ferry port or airport and escort them to Guana Island and their villa.

Damage Deposit : Credit card authorization upon arrival.

  • Due to the damage caused by Hurricanes Irma and Maria, all BVI villa reservations are suspended until further notice.

    The beautiful BVIs are on a path to recovery. Basic services are being restored and infrastructure is being repaired.  Local schools, restaurants and stores are re-opening.

    Our initial date estimate to begin welcoming guests back to the islands is Summer 2018. We hope to have further information soon to provide an update on villa conditions and availability for summer 2018.  We wish to thank our clients for all their support and look forward to welcoming you back to the British Virgin Island in the near future.

"The villa is beautifully laid out and the view out over the pool towards Anguilla is spectacular. The terraced, tropical garden is lovely. The pool is excellent for swimming or just floating around and the patio beside is perfect for sunning. Loved the pass-through from the kitchen to the outside bar area. St Martin Blue's service was excellent. We blew the lights by plugging in the wrong adaptor and the maintenance people came immediately and fixed it. Blue arranged the rental car, chef service, massages and transport to the airport and all were perfect."
