Set on the hills above Long Bay Beach, the charming Villa Alfresco has all of the looks of a classic bungalow but is actually a new property that provides guests with tranquility, peace, and yet easy access to the charms of Tortola's (in the British Virgin Islands) appealing West End.
With three bedrooms, it is the perfect tropical setting for a family holiday or group of friends. It lives up to its name (which is Italian for open air) by providing a large array of comfortable living spaces that capture the sea breezes, the sunlight, and the endlessly beautiful scenery. Surrounded by mature growth, it is a private spot that will set the stage for an unforgettable visit.
The heart of this villa is the central terrace that rests tranquilly between the two pavilion structures that contain the shared and private living spaces. The terrace features a large and lovely pool surrounded by terra cotta tiles and several sun decks. There is an al fresco dining area and barbecue here as well, and just a few steps takes you through the large arches into the lounge. Here you'll spend time on deep furnishings, taking in the view or even catching up on some TV. One of the three bedrooms is below this room.
Heading up to the second level, you'll find a full-sized, gourmet kitchen, an open-air dining room, and the walkway that takes you to the other portion of the villa. Here, two enormous bedrooms take up the first and second floors. One has a private balcony and the other direct terrace access. All of the bedrooms are en suite and offer large and luxurious bathrooms.

The rental rates include : Welcome upon arrival and villa orientation, housekeeping service 1 day per week, pool technician weekly, gardener regularly, villa manager on call and utilities (water, electricity, BBQ gas / charcoal , WiFi internet coverage). Provisions and staff gratuities are not included.
Getting to the Villa : A local representative will meet the guests at their car rental agency located at the airport / ferry port and escort them to the villa.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
