This five-bedroom property is along the North Shore, and is surrounded by mature gardens and plants, including native palms. Comfortable in this setting, you will appreciate the way the villa has been designed to both capture and maximize the surroundings. The gorgeous pool terrace faces out to the sea and the pool is framed with a blend of brick and stone spaces made for lounging and dining. A covered terrace area contains the al fresco dining room, and with just a few steps, takes you to the great room.
Here, high ceilings, formal columns, and casual furnishings fill the wonderful great room that is oriented towards the water and allows you to relax or dine while enjoying the sea breezes and the impressive views. An entertainment system is located here, though you may find it hard to spend time indoors when the outdoor living spaces are so lovely and comfortable. A large and well-equipped kitchen also makes meal or snack prep a joy.
The five bedrooms are also designed to maximize the setting, and each is very private while offering views and a long list of amenities. The master bedroom has a patio and en suite bath, and the three remaining bedrooms in the main house are also king bed suites with balconies, views, and en suite baths. The five-bedroom is actually a full studio apartment with kitchen, lounge, and en suite facilities.

The rental rates include : Welcome upon arrival and villa orientation, housekeeping service every other day, pool technician weekly, gardener regularly, villa manager on call and utilities (water, electricity, BBQ gas / charcoal , WiFi internet coverage). Provisions and staff gratuities are not included.
Getting to the Villa : A local representative will meet the guests at their car rental agency located at the airport / ferry port and escort them to the villa.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
