Visitors here are cared for by more than 100 members of the staff, yet only 40 guests can visit at once.
Guests book suites in the Great House or can arrange for a stay in one of the nine, luxurious, Balinese-style houses that each accommodate two guests. A recent addition to Necker Island are Sir Richard Branson's private accommodations; Temple Master and the Temple Sunrise. Located in the heart of the island, each has fabulous ocean views, en-suite bathroom and privacy. And while all of the suites and houses are fitted with the finest electronics, furnishings, design, and décor, the entire island is their playground. Private beaches with free access to water sports gear, professional tennis coaches on the two large courts, two large infinity pools, a rooftop terrace with Jacuzzi, and an oceanfront Jacuzzi are but a few of the amenities.
In addition to the amenities, the staff on the island customizes the daily activities based on the interests of the current guests. Whether it is all about food, cooking and island cuisine, games and entertainment or physical activities, the needs of the guests are met at every point.
Meals are served in a range of locations around the island, but if private meals in a villa are desired, the staff is happy to make it happen. Whether it is for a honeymoon or a family gathering, it is nearly impossible to beat the opportunities found on this island. What is included? Nearly everything ! Well... almost! Whether you've hired the entire island or an individual room, the following is included : Your accommodation, all meals and drinks including all alcoholic beverages served in a variety of locations, return launch transfers from Virgin Gorda or Tortola airports, a dedicated team of over 100 staff to take care of your every wish, two freshwater infinity pools and huge Jacuzzi on the beach, plus the Jacuzzi in the crow's nest on the roof terrace of the Great House, two floodlit tennis courts, water-sport equipment (windsurf, kite surf, water skiing, snorkeling, scuba diving, Hobbie cat, kayak, paddle board etc), WiFi internet throughout the island and the 7% local tax.
The Great House
Bedroom 1 : The Master Suite is located on the top floor of the Great House and has amazing views which can be enjoyed from one of the three private terraces. The hot tub and outdoor bathtub are located on the largest terrace and there is also a flat screen TV built into the bed. The suite is equipped with a king-size bed and a graciously romantic cloud of mosquito netting. The spacious en-suite bathroom has a shower, double vanity and WC. A kitchenette completes the Master Suite facilities. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 2 : The Great House #2 with king-size bed (which can be made up as two single beds upon request), AC, WiFi, private balcony with ocean views and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. Bedroom 11: The Great House #11 with king-size bed (which can be made up as two single beds upon request), AC, WiFi, private balcony with ocean views and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
NOTE : Children's Bunk Room. In the bunk room sleeps additional children and /or a nanny in three bunk beds and 2 sofa beds. In total the bunk room can sleep an additional 8 children or 6 children a a nanny. There is a separate en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. This adventure filled children's den comes complete with TV and video game consoles, games, books and lots of fun touches to amuse the younger guests.
Balinese Houses
These nine private houses dotted around the island are built in authentic Balinese style. All houses have a fridge with refreshments and a music system. All rooms have King-size beds and Bali Beach and Bali Buah can be arranged with twin beds. All Bali Houses are air conditioned. 2 guest maximum.
Bedroom 12 : Bali Beach. A beautiful bedroom with a king-size bed all on one level with private entrance and terrace with a relaxing daybed. Only steps away from the plunge pool. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 13 : Bali Hi. A three-tiered Balinese house, with a ground floor lounge area, a bedroom is located on the middle level and on the top floor is a cushioned relaxation area with spectacular views along Turtle Beach. Bali Hi has a bathroom with an outdoor shower. 2 guest maximum.
Bedroom 14 : Bali Hi and Upper, bedroom with a king-size bed, A/C and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. 2 guest maximum.
Bedroom 15 : Bali Cliff & Lower, bedroom with a king-size bed, A/C and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. 2 guest maximum.
Bedroom 16 : Bali Cliff. One of the most romantic settings you are ever likely to experience. Bali Cliff perches on the edge of the island facing the sea and has a double bedroom and open air bathroom below to maximize the views and the sound of the ocean. 2 guest maximum.
Bedroom 17 : Bali Kukila. The Indonesian word for bird, the spacious room has uninterrupted views out to the sea and a spectacular terrace. Bali Kukila has a king-size bed but also a sofa bed that can be used to accommodate an additional adult or child. 3 guest maximum.
Bedroom 18 : Bali Lo. A three tiered Balinese house, with a ground floor lounge area, a bedroom located on the middle level and on the top floor a cushioned relaxation area with stunning views out over the ocean. 2 guest maximum.
Bedroom 19 : Bali Buah. The Indonesian name for fruit, Bali Buah is built adjacent to Bali Lo. The spacious double room has an en-suite bathroom below and a large balcony with chairs and a hammock affording fabulous views of the fruit trees and ocean. This room can be made up as two single beds upon request. 2 guest maximum.
Bedroom 20: Leha Lo. A private standalone bedroom with a king-size bed, stunning 180 degree sea views, large terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and wc. It is nestled high above the rocks and a short walk down from the Great House. 2 guests maximum.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
