Villa Beach House – BVIs sits directly along the gorgeous white sands of Nail Bay on the island of Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands. It is only a short distance from the fun of Spanish Town, but as it is a part of the Nail Bay Resort, it can easily serve as your sole destination for your next visit to the islands. While the resort’s amenities include direct access to the beach along with beach services (towels, chairs, and more), as well as use of the tennis courts, the modern gym, water sports, the spa, and the other services and amenities, the six-bedroom villa may be all you need for the ultimate family or friends’ getaway.
Striking in its design, it features amazing sea views and direct access from the front garden to the sands just beyond. Many visitors enjoy taking in this view from the comfort of the enormous pool terrace. This features an oversized, infinity-edge pool that is flanked on one end by the vast stone lounge. This is designed as a sunken lounge with three-sided banquette sofa that has a firepit at its center and which is the perfect spot for lounging any hour of the day or night. There is a sundeck above it and the verandah nearby. Beneath the verandah’s central region are an al fresco lounge and dining spot.
Though it is tempting to spend hours here, just inside the oversized glass doors is the great room. With its high wooden cathedral ceilings, cool stone floors and enormous open floor plan, it erases the sense of being indoors. This room also features a massive banquette sofa in the living room space, a long and spacious dining table, and nearby is the galley-style kitchen that discreetly contains all that is needed for putting together even complex meals.
The bedrooms use the same natural materials as the exterior and other décor of the villa. They include four-poster king beds, private garden areas, and terraces, some have outdoor showers and enormous plunge tubs, and all are luxuriously well-appointed. They each offer ensuite baths, entertainment systems, climate controls, premium linens, and amazing views.
The Villa Beach House – BVIs is a wonderful and rare find ideal for a family holiday or a gathering of friends. With the setting and space, it might also be a good choice for a destination event of a small and intimate nature

For new bookings , the property manager is modifying the booking policy as follows :
~ 50% deposit (to include the government tax, resort fee and service fee)
~ Balance due 30 days prior to arrival / 90 days prior for Festive period bookings

~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 30 days (90 days for the Festive period) prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 30 days (90 days for the Festive period) of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The BVIs government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from BVIs that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against BVIs must exist.
