The Amateras villa is an unimaginably gorgeous luxury villa that treats guests to unforgettable views of Virgin Gorda and the surrounding islands. Spreading across a 5,000 sq. ft. estate and perched on 1.5 acres of land on top of one of the hills that makes up Princess Quarters, you’ll have your choice of ocean views or of the spectacular boulders that you can only see on Virgin Gorda. These views aren’t even touching upon the unimaginable sunsets and sunrises you and up to seven other guests will be treated to when you stay at this villa. Sunrises and sunsets at the Amateras villa are within a caliber all their own, and their so beautiful you won’t be able to capture their essence even with the highest-end camera on the market.

This villa offers its guests luxury vacation settings that they’d be hard-pressed to receive in other areas. Amateras is broken into three independent pavilions, specifically to make it a perfect type of lodging for up to eight people. The three pavilions are broken into two two-bedroom cabanas (that come with air-conditioning to combat the tropical heat if you go at the height of summer or other warm months), a pool, numerous decks, a covered gazebo, and – of course – stunning views from every area of the property. Each cabana also comes equipped with a pantry, coffeemaker, and small refrigerator, meaning that you can stay in your cabana for as long as necessary as long as you have food.

Amateras’s main house is the true money-maker of the villa, however. It was designed to specifically target and enhance the stunning views that are available in every direction so that you can have the height of luxury whether you stay inside or outside the villa. The main area/living space is made up of several comfortable seating areas for all the guests, as well as French doors that bracket the entrance/exit to the aforementioned decks. For those in your party who enjoy cooking, they can explore the state-of-the-art, professional-grade kitchen to their heart’s content while gazing out over the crystalline blue water of the Atlantic Ocean. Once the food is ready, you can choose to dine inside or outside, at either of the cutting-edge dining areas as per your preference.

Relax on the deck, or on the loft-terrace-combination to fill up on those serenity-inducing tropical breezes and that Caribbean atmosphere. When you’re done relaxing outside, continue doing so inside – décor that features earth tones in combination with Mexican stone tile was intentionally emphasized in the 2019 remodeling that occurred on this property.
