Villa Blue Oasis easily lives up to its name and is an eight-bedroom gem tucked right at the water’s edge in the world-famous Cap Cana area of the Dominican Republic. Tucked at the eastern end of the island, Cap Cana is a master-planned community offering views of the Atlantic Ocean meeting the Caribbean Sea. It features an award-winning golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, premium spa facilities, night clubs, restaurants, a convention center, and a famous adventure (Scape Park) park. Cap Cana is also home to a fantastic marina.
And though the area is so ripe with activities and amenities, the villa itself could easily serve as your entire holiday destination. That is because of its beachfront locations and its amazing onsite amenities, particularly the massive pool area that surrounds both wings of the villa. This world of water features stepped pools and swimming areas. They are viewable from almost every room, and the shared living spaces include a massive great room that can easily accommodate the entire party at the lounges and dining areas.
There are formal lounges and sitting areas further inside of the house, and an impressive modern art collection is used to add bursts of color to the otherwise low-key décor. Because there is a full household staff with a chef, housekeeping team and grounds crew, guests don’t have to lift a finger and can feel free to enjoy the amazing amenities. In addition to the multiple lounges, there is also a piano bar area and media space.
The bedrooms are remarkably opulent spaces that can serve as ideal hideaways. They are located on the second floor and include the single king-sized master suite with a private balcony and hot tub, as well as the ensuite bath with jet tub. There are five king suites with balconies and pool or garden views, and these are also ensuite. The remaining suites are queen rooms with garden and ocean views as well as several with balconies.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, US$1000.00 is forfeited. Cancellation within 59 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all reservations between Dec 18 - Jan 10, Easter week, Thanksgiving week and Presidents' Day week are 100% non-refundable.

- Holiday Minimum Length of Stay- The villa will accept a 7 night stay over Christmas with a December 26th departure. For stays over New Years eve, the villa may require a 12-14 night minimum. If Christmas week has been reserved then the villa will accept a 7 night stay over New Years. If traveling within 90 days, please contact us for waivers.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
