The villa boasts a remarkable outdoor setting with one acre of tropical gardens and a private beach. Nothing will impress your prospective client or partner like sunning and the sights from your private beach. If that doesn't do the trick, which we are shocked to even think, the infinity pool and an extraordinary meal prepared by the chef might surely seal the seal!
The decreet and knowledgeable concierge, property manager, and remaining in-house service staff will ensure everything goes exactly as planned and champion your success. With five bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, showers, and a half bath, your guest has plenty of room to feel comfortable. It would probably be in your best interest to let your guest have the master suite with king sized bed if they choose that as it has a lovely terrace. Either way, if you want to be selfish, all the other bedrooms are equally luxurious.
Just think of how hard it will be for them to sleep each night as they debate the cons and very obvious pros of choosing you. They will be transported to and from the villa without batting an eye and hopefully offered some relaxing spa treatment and off-property excursion. Should that not be the case, you must hold all responsibility for whatever the outcome, hopefully before their final night of stay. - Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 76 days prior to arrival, US$250.00 is forfeited. Cancellation less than 75 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
