Kempa Caribe is a gorgeous, enormous beachfront villa that will most definitely fill your fantasies, as long as you dream of luxury. You won’t have to leave your villa to get the best views of the Caribbean Sea. With 250 meters of white sandy Grand Cayman beach, there is more than plenty of room for yourself and your 15 other guests.
Between the Main House and the Guest House, there’s a great variety of rooms, including balconies, ocean views, and private terraces. Each room comes with its private bathroom, A/C, and Wi-Fi.
When you feel like staying inside, there’s plenty of space and activities to fill those desires. Whether it’s to enjoy the 5,000 square-foot Great Room (featured on HGTV’s Million Dollar Rooms), the plethora of sitting space inside and outside, or the entire wine cellar, you’ll be satisfied.
You'll never need to leave when you have everything you need at your own personal resort. There’s something for everyone to enjoy, with only some of the amenities being a private tennis court, fitness room, sauna, home theater, pickleball courts, golf, massage room, and a bar. There’s even a piano for those musically inclined. If staying active on a getaway is important to you, this is the place!
Kempa Caribe is a great place when you’re looking to be pampered and spoiled by the beautiful views, especially the sunrise. Plenty of balconies, terraces, and outdoor spaces allow everyone to soak up the views. While taking a tub, you’ll be surrounded by tall, open windows to watch the ocean while you relax. Nearly everywhere you look, you’ll get a glimpse of the immaculate beach.
If for any reason you decide to go out and leave your exquisite 48,000-square-foot villa, such as to adventure and just go out into town, you’re not too far.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
