Villa Layout & Bedrooms
Spread across multiple levels, the villa is designed to offer both privacy and shared comfort. The main residence features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each showcasing natural tones, ocean views, and private balconies. A fifth bedroom sits in a separate casita below the entrance level, providing ultimate privacy with its own kitchen, king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and private terrace.
The entrance level features a spacious landing, a wine wall, and a flexible family room with a queen bed and two elevated single beds. This versatile space can serve as a lounge, workspace, or children’s area, thoughtfully designed for accessibility and comfort.
Living & Gathering Spaces
The villa’s main living level brings everyone together in an open, flowing layout. The living room opens seamlessly to the pool terrace, ensuring that the breathtaking ocean view remains a constant presence. The dining area comfortably seats up to 14 guests across the main table and kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, tableware, and serving essentials, making it effortless to prepare meals

Riverstone’s outdoor spaces are a natural extension of the home and serve as the heart of daily life. Just off the kitchen, an outdoor bar with BBQ and prep area lets you cook, serve, and socialize simultaneously. From the living room, step directly onto the cantilevered infinity pool, featuring a glass-sided edge with the largest panel ever installed in a Costa Rican pool—designed to maximize the view and leave you smiling at the attention to detail.
The hot tub is perfectly positioned for sunset views, providing a cozy spot to unwind with an ice-cold drink. An outdoor bathroom and double shower ensure convenience and comfort as you move between the pool, lounge, and living areas.
At the center of it all, the wrap-around pool naturally connects the terrace, lounge, hot tub, and outdoor living spaces. A sunken lounge and shaded pergola create areas that effortlessly transition between quiet relaxation and lively gatherings, all framed by spectacular sunsets year-round.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
