Stealing Time is a secluded ocean-view retreat perched above the beach in Esterillos Oeste, surrounded by lush tropical greenery, ocean breezes, and the unhurried rhythm of Costa Rica’s central Pacific coast.
Designed as a fully private sanctuary reserved for one group at a time, the property combines three independent luxury suites with thoughtfully curated wellness spaces, creating an atmosphere that naturally encourages rest, connection, and reconnection with nature.
A scenic five-minute walk downhill leads to one of Costa Rica’s most tranquil and untouched stretches of coastline. Esterillos Oeste is known for its authentic charm, uncrowded beaches, local beachside sodas, surf culture, wildlife, and ongoing sea turtle conservation efforts—offering a rare sense of simplicity and space.
Stealing Time was intentionally designed as a different kind of luxury experience—not a traditional resort, but a private retreat deeply connected to its natural surroundings. Here, comfort and nature exist in quiet harmony.
Days unfold gently: mornings begin with monkeys moving through the trees and soft light filtering across the jungle. Afternoons are spent between beach walks, yoga sessions, cold plunges, poolside relaxation, and long, unhurried meals. Evenings settle into calm as the Pacific glows in the distance and the sounds of the jungle take over.
Each suite is fully self-contained and features air conditioning, elegant ensuite bathrooms, premium linens, WiFi, and seamless indoor-outdoor living designed to capture ocean breezes and the surrounding tropical landscape.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
