Villa Kuji Biri rests at the very top of the hill above Mal País and Santa Teresa, the final residence along the road. From this elevated vantage point, the Pacific unfolds in a wide, uninterrupted panorama. There are no neighboring structures in sight—only open space, shifting light, and a horizon that remains constant throughout the day.

Completed in 2025, the villa’s architecture is defined by restraint and precision. Clean lines, natural stone, warm wood, and expansive volumes are designed to move with the landscape rather than sit upon it. Every transition is intentional, creating a seamless dialogue between structure and surroundings.

This is a home shaped by privacy. Ocean breezes pass through freely, while the sense of seclusion remains absolute.

A saltwater infinity pool stretches along the edge of the property, perfectly aligned with the Pacific beyond. Outdoor lounges and sunbeds are positioned to follow the rhythm of the sun, while covered terraces offer shade and comfort throughout the day. Open-air spaces remain connected to the sky, allowing light and atmosphere to shape the experience from morning to evening.

Movement through the home is gradual and intuitive. Water features guide circulation, while transitions between open and enclosed spaces are carefully controlled. Interior gardens introduce a secondary layer of design, balancing exposure with a sense of shelter.

The main living area is open-plan and fully retractable to the outdoors.

Floor-to-ceiling glass panels slide away completely, dissolving the boundary between interior and exterior. Furnishings remain intentionally low-profile, complementing the scale and serenity of the space. Materials flow continuously throughout, reinforcing a cohesive architectural language.

The home was intentionally designed without a television in the main living area—a deliberate choice grounded in the belief that conversation, landscape, music, and presence rarely require interruption. For guests who prefer one, a television can be installed prior to arrival upon request.

At the heart of the home, the kitchen is centered around a large island designed for both function and gathering. Clean lines, integrated storage, and refined surfaces create a space that is equally practical and inviting.

An outdoor pizza oven extends this experience beyond the interior—ideal for slow evenings, fresh bread at sunrise, or simple meals shaped by the rhythm of the day.

The villa accommodates up to 11 guests across four ensuite bedrooms: Three bedrooms with king-size beds, One bedroom with a double bed and an additional twin sleeping arrangement
