The property is fully supported by a high-capacity solar system, battery backup, and water reserve, ensuring uninterrupted power, internet, air conditioning, and essential services throughout your stay.
A unique advantage is the presence of the owners, who reside discreetly in a neighboring villa. Their attentive care ensures the property is impeccably maintained, with immediate support available when needed—offering both complete privacy and a reassuring sense of hospitality just next door.
Two of the four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, while the remaining spaces stay naturally cool thanks to the elevated location and gentle breeze. Beaches, waterfalls, and restaurants are all within easy reach, and concierge services are available to arrange tours, massages, and private chef experiences.
Please note that due to the unfenced infinity pool, natural terrain, and surrounding wildlife, the villa is best suited for children aged 10 and above. During the rainy season, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended for safe access.
