Villa Linga-Awile Cottage is set on an expansive green lawn within view of lush tropical vegetation and the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. Guests will enjoy a rejuvenating vacation in relaxing surroundings that make the villa seem like a true home away from home. Spend lazy days relaxing on the private 150-foot sugar sand beach just steps away from the villa, and take out a complimentary sea kayak to explore the nooks and crannies of the shoreline. Play a round of golf at Breezes in Runaway Bay or Sandals in Ocho Rios, challenge a friend to a tennis match at a nearby court and return to the villa for a dip in the private pool.
At Villa Linga-Awile, you will be attended by a personal staff including a cook, a laundress, a housekeeper and a gardener. Ask for your meals to be served al fresco island-style on the furnished covered verandah or at the picnic table beside the sea. Located near the entrance of Fortlands Road (a 10-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive from your villa), is the newest water park & beach club to the North Coast. The club hosts a full service bar and restaurant as well as private beach cabanas or sun loungers for rent.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
