Your arrival experience begins at the sophisticated porte-cochere, where beveled glass doors reveal a dramatic 80-foot columned interior that immediately captivates the senses.
The grand foyer features a sweeping white stone staircase that curves gracefully upward to a balustraded gallery, encircling and overlooking the sunken living room below while crowned by the home's highest turret dome above. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors line the gallery and all main bedrooms, opening to a deep wrap-around veranda that frames panoramic vistas spanning the manicured golf course and the turquoise horizon beyond.
The villa's interior design achieves effortless sophistication through mushroom-colored walls precisely trimmed in crisp white. The Mediterranean-style flooring—custom-crafted on-site and smooth as marble underfoot—completes the refined palette of soft, minimalist tones. Dining becomes an elevated experience with meals served on fine Lenox china in the intimate downstairs alcove, the north veranda, or the upper balcony where sunset views create an unforgettable backdrop. Strategically positioned Bose speakers deliver immersive sound throughout the interior spaces, verandas, balconies, and pool area.
The vibrant energy of Montego Bay and its famous "hip strip" lies just 15 minutes from your doorstep, while the exclusive Half Moon resort—offering a private beach, tennis courts, fitness facilities, water sports, and exceptional dining—is a mere five-minute drive downhill.
Endless Summer stands as an incomparable wedding venue, with its architectural grandeur creating multiple settings for an unforgettable celebration—from intimate ceremonies on the upper balcony with ample guest space, to elegant receptions across the expansive veranda and pool terrace, culminating in the dramatic tradition of the bridal bouquet toss from the upper gallery.
Note: For guests to receive Alaina's Retreat (Guest Cottage) the 7 bedrooms must be booked.
***Please note that while we strive to maintain all amenities in perfect working condition, Jacuzzis and hot tubs cannot be guaranteed. This unit contains complex parts that may occasionally break down and can be challenging to replace promptly. We appreciate your understanding.

Bedroom 2: Upper floor bedroom with a queen-size bed, TV, access to terrace and en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower combination, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum. Connected with Bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3: Upper floor bedroom with a queen-size bed, TV, access to terrace and en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower combination, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum. Connected with Bedroom 2.
Bedroom 4 - Garage Apartment: Upper floor bedroom with two double beds, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower combination, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum. Connected to Bedroom 1.
Bedroom 5 - Garage Apartment: Upper floor bedroom with two single beds (can be made up as a king-size bed), and adjacent bathroom with bathtub/shower combination, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum. Please note this bedroom is smaller than the other ones.
Garage Apartment Central Room: Lower floor bedroom with a queen-size bed, TV, A/C and shared bathroom (with bedroom 4 or 5) with bathtub/shower combination, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum. Please note that there is no privacy as guests in bedrooms 4 and 5 must pass through the room to access the stairs to the main level below.
Bedroom 6: Bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, access to terrace, ocean view and en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower combination, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum
Guest Cottage - Alaina's Retreat (only available when the villa is rented at the 7-bedroom rate).

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.

Rental rates:
The villa requires seven nights minimum rental of villa at the full house rental rates. A $30 per person surcharge applies to outside guests (in excess of double occupancy per bedroom) who attend a rehearsal dinner, the wedding reception, brunch, or any other hospitality event at the wedding villa.
Refundable security deposit: USD $2,000.00

Clients are also required to hire outside caterers as well as rent chairs, tables, tents, glasses, cutlery, and crockery. All vendors must be chosen from the homeowner's approved list.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. If extra guests require accommodations, we recommend the rental of neighboring "sister" villas. For "sister" villas where additional guests are accommodated, there is a seven-night minimum in High Season and a five-night minimum in Low Season. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with a Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
