Villa Mirador at the Tryall Club on Jamaica is a chic one-bedroom apartment with stunning views of the world-class golf course and the deep blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. The villa is set in a prime location within the exclusive Tryall Club just a minutes stroll from the Great House, which offers 4 clock tea daily on the terrace.

Villa Mirador is situated on two levels, with the master bedroom suite featuring a Jacuzzi and a private balcony on the upper floor. The gourmet kitchen and the stylishly decorated living and dining room are on the lower level. The living room sofa can accommodate a third and fourth guest. French doors lead from the living room to the private terrace. Guests will enjoy WiFi Internet service and cable TV. The housekeeper/laundress will prepare meals for you upon request.

You are invited to shop at the Great House upscale boutique, enjoy Happy Hour at the bar and dine at the restaurant. The Great House is also the location of the Usain Bolt Games Room designed for children and teens. Here you will find air hockey, shuffleboard, foosball, ping pong, board games and a pool. Additional outstanding Tryall Club amenities include the private beach club, a spa for health and beauty treatments, tennis, water sports and a fully-equipped fitness center. Guests at Villa Mirador will have preferred greens fee rates at the renowned onsite championship Tryall Club Golf Course. Families with young children will appreciate the Hummingbird Kids Club that provides organized activities. The expansive Tryall Club infinity edge swimming pool is just beyond the open air terrace of the restaurant. As a guest of Villa Mirador, you will be provided with a complimentary shuttle just outside your door to take you to the golf pro shop, the beach club and the beach cafe.

Hazel is the longtime housekeeper/Laundress. Her hours are from 8.30am to 4.30pm daily. She will also cook for you on request. (Do try her homemade soups!)

Gratuity Guideline
Guests are asked to tip Hazel US$15 per day.
If you ask Hazel to cook dinner for you, kindly increase her gratuity by an additional US$30 per day for each dinner.

Houskeeper Jackie prepares breakfast and lunch each day. On request, she will also prepare your dinner and leave it on the stove for you to enjoy when you choose. Her preparation of your evening meal attracts an additional fee of $30 per dinner. Guests are asked to tip Jackie US$20 per day.

In the event that Jamaican airports are closed or Jamaica prohibits citizens from their country from traveling to Jamaica or their country is under national lockdown on arrival day, guests will be provided a credit for a future stay (no refunds).  If there are no travel restrictions and the guest wishes to cancel their stay, then the standard terms and conditions are applied. No credit will be provided.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.

A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.

Isle Blue was so easy to work with especially trying to book from the United States. We went for our honeymoon and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! Our concierge‘s Mehdi was on point for anything we needed, reservations, suggestions on where to go and booking excursions. We will definitely be making our stay at Mirabelle Villa a yearly trip!

The Villa was more like a compound, it was extravagant with the best views you could imagine. We felt safe and at home, thanks to the amazing staff we were provided! Dania The housekeeper was amazing and our concierge‘s Mehdi couldn’t have been any better!

Great staff, easy to contact and timely correspondence.

This was our second stay at Happy Bay Villa, but our first since the post-Irma update it has undergone. The interior and accents are very nice and the expansion to the kitchen was very well done. All bedrooms are well appointed and extremely comfortable with both new beds and new AC units. You can’t beat the location on Mont Choicy, as it is close to multiple dining options, a harbor to charter boats, and beaches to suit either those that want a crowd and action, to those that want seclusion. To make this perfect vacation villa really shine, was the service we received from Lydia, our house keeper and our amazing Villa Concierge, Axel. Always quick to respond to any questions we had, Axel was just a phone call or text away. I must say, his suggestion to bring a nurse to our villa to administer the PCR test for our entire party was genius. It sure beat standing in a hot line at the airport, wondering if we were going to miss our flights back home. We love St Martin and all that it has to offer…and when you have such friendly, professional, and genuine staff running your operation, it is an unbeatable combination for success. Bravo, Isle Blue!

The Villa was 5 star. Very well appointed. Great layout. Awesome decor. Very clean. First class all the way.
The staff was awesome. Starting with the concierge in the US (Mary), to the local concierge (Medhi), housekeeping, drivers, Fabulous Feast personnel ( chef Tomas and waitress Charlotte). Just can’t say enough.

Restaurant Recommendations: Bistrot Caribes was awesome. Others like Ocean 82, Rainbow Cafe were also great.
Activity Recommendations: Xisle boat charters was great. Fabulous Feast are incredible
