The main pavilion features a great room with multiple glass doors leading to a wrap-around verandah. White Jamaican flooring continues uninterrupted for a true indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Cross the Japanese footbridge that arches gracefully over the reflecting pool and find the formal dining room where you can enjoy a candlelit dinner under a crystal chandelier with views of the sea. The adjacent bar is perfect for late night relaxation with friends.
Villa Noble House provides a full staff to serve you, including a personal chef, a butler, housekeepers, a laundress and gardeners. For more casual dining, ask for service on the verandah, poolside or at a table set on the sand on the beach at the water's edge. Guests will enjoy a unique collection of artwork and antiques strategically placed throughout the villa. The parklike grounds feature lush tropical vegetation including mango, lime, orchid and breadfruit trees. Use the wide lawns for volleyball and badminton. Take one of the complimentary kayaks and paddle 100 yards offshore to Holden's Reef, and use your snorkel gear to see the underwater world of colorful tropical fish and coral.
Noble House shares eight acres on the sea with deluxe neighboring villas Serenity and Tranquillity on the Beach. Combining these 3 homes creates a 15-bedroom compound with 3 pools, 1 tennis court, 1 basketball hoop, long beachfront and staff of 19. This remarkable waterfront trio is a favorite for family reunions. All 3 villas are very private from each other, extremely family-friendly and welcome children.
Noble House additional amenity: Complimentary access to the Ocean Cliff Hotel in Negril, an 80-minute drive from the villa, where you can enjoy their ocean-fed pool and sandy beach. Additional services such as meals from the Blue Mahoe restaurant and Organic Spa services at the open-air Spa Pavilion are available for a fee. Please note: Noble House is located on a beautiful stretch of beach however the beach may encounter increased seaweed or reduced water clarity during the rainy seasons in May and October, as well as due to fluctuating ocean currents and weather patterns.
