This amazing 6000-square foot home, inches away from the sand, is more like a private resort than a home. You will feel the luxury seeping through the stone and wooden façade the minute you step foot into Aquamarina. The upper veranda offers a stunning view of tranquil teal seas and tropical sunsets, perfect for rest and relaxation.
A spiral staircase leads you downstairs to a formal dining and bar area that opens to a fabulous patio with a private infinity pool. Outside you will find pockets of charm throughout the space, with lounging areas, large shade umbrellas, and covered patios. This space peeks over the tops of palm trees to vast seas for as far as the eye can see. To the side, you will notice winding stairs that lead you to the beach and seaside deck that passes over the Caribbean with grace and ease. You can swim or snorkel, enjoying the privacy of the home. You also have a gazebo to grab shade and a late afternoon nap or to relax under the stars with the sound of the waves in the background.
Also on the grounds is a tennis court, basketball hoop, and lush gardens for you to wander. You can also kayak or paddleboard or simply relax in the library and let the stress just melt away.
There are five bedrooms and eight bathrooms in this paradise retreat, with space for ten guests. The ground floor bedroom offers a king-size bed, sea view, terrace access, en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, double vanity, and a walk-in closet. The other four bedrooms are located a level above and include three king-size beds and two double beds. Each room has a private bathroom, balcony, and sea views. The bedroom’s décor continues the feel of opulence, with a side of comfort and ease. You will have no problem setting down each night with the smell of the sea and the tropical breeze flowing through.
Additional amenities include onsite parking, a security system, sound system, wi-fi, a private fitness room, and more. Gear for water activities, as well as books and games, are also available. In the kitchen, you will find modern conveniences, providing you with everything you need for your stay.
Aquamarina staff includes a butler, chef, gardener, housekeeper, laundress, pool person, and a property manager on call. Maid services are available seven days a week. Your complimentary concierge team will contact you prior to your arrival to ensure you have a stress-free arrival.
