Located near Ocho Rios in the tropical country of Jamaica, Frangipani at Prospect Estate takes its name from the Frangipani tree, which bursts forth fragrant pink, yellow, or white flowers. Many of these trees can be found near the villa, which offers four bedrooms and room for up to eight guests of all ages. This villa has a walk-out verandah with a gorgeous view of the ocean and pool, and the interior boasts modern furnishings to ensure guests are comfortable.
Two of the bedroom suites at Frangipani at Prospect Estate are in the East Wing and include a dressing area, an ensuite bathroom, king-sized beds, and French doors that go out to the spacious verandah. The other two bedrooms have the same amenities but are located in the West Wing. All of the bedrooms come with extras such as large closets, flatscreen televisions, personal safes, and robes and slippers.
There’s plenty of living area inside the villa, but outside there is a sun terrace that goes around the pool and heads out toward the ocean. The poolside and lawn are vast and offer room for up to eight guests at a function or gathering and lead right to the water. Guests can also make use of the staff at the villa, including a butler, gardener, pool person, chef, and a daily housekeeper. There’s also a spacious kitchen for those who prefer to prepare food on their own.
While staying at Prospect Estate, guests will be only about a mile from the White River separating St. Ann and St. Mary parishes. The villa is located right on the waterfront for incredible views that guests will remember for a lifetime. There are 1,000 acres of property to explore between the green of the mountains and the gorgeous blue of the ocean.

The Prospect Estate is a 1,000-acre property on the north coast of Jamaica, nestled between the azure waters of the Caribbean Sea and the lush greenery of the mountains.
Prospect Estate is a short distance from the picturesque town of Ocho Rios, one mile east of the White River which separates the parishes of St. Ann and St. Mary. The Prospect Estate Villas are approximately a two-hour drive from the airport in Montego Bay and two hours from the airport in Kingston. All of the villas are located on the Estate’s water front with spectacular ocean views.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for set-up and clean up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with a Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide to local ordinances.
