Your stay includes exclusive access to our 21-passenger coach and skilled chauffeur, ensuring safe and hassle-free transportation throughout your visit.

Upon entering this charming villa, you'll be greeted by a spacious foyer leading into a grand living room adorned with elegant furnishings and a soaring 45-foot vaulted ceiling. The living area extends seamlessly onto a covered veranda spanning 63 feet through French doors. Adjacent to the living space is a meticulously furnished formal dining room featuring colonial mahogany furniture. Completing the ensemble is the expansive and well-appointed kitchen overseen by our chef, situated adjacent to the dining room.
Please note that your 21-passenger coach and driver will be at your service every day of your stay. You will be collected at the airport on your arrival and returned on your departure. One tank of gas is provided complimentary and you pay for any additional gas used.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 60 days, a US$250.00 administration fee is forfeited. Cancellation made between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Easter and Thanksgiving bookings: For cancellation greater than 90 days, a US$250.00 administration fee is forfeited. Cancellation made between 90 and 60 days prior to arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made within 60 days of arrival, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Please note Christmas and New Year’s bookings are nonrefundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
