Villa Promiseas, Jamaica, Ocho Rios. Created to accommodate up to 16 guests, Villa Promiseas is an attractive lodging option for large groups of friends or family members who want to enjoy what Ocho Rios has to offer. This property has a set of side-by-side villas for extra privacy and additional space. Each of the buildings makes use of local woods like teak, Spanish elm, and driftwood to add visual appeal to the dwellings.
Between the two villas, Promiseas has a total of eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Jeremy Millingen created the architecture for the space, which also offers unique water features that add to the tropical feel.
The first villa has a curved shingle roof, a curved mirror entrance ceiling, and selected contemporary lighting highlighting the stunning Blue Mahoe ceilings.
The second villa has a glass atrium in the living room with a gorgeous teak tree coming out of the top. It also features a treehouse bedroom and a living room with excellent sea views. A hot tub is inside an artificial underground cave and flanked by a massage desk and a bar.
Each of the villas also comes with professionals staff to ensure you enjoy your Jamaican vacation. A housekeeper stops in most days of the week to clean things up and a chef makes up to three meals a day. You will also have access to a pool maintenance person, a butler, a laundry worker, and a gardener.
A private fitness room is available with state-of-the-art equipment and guests can also enjoy playing tennis outside. There is an outdoor grill and an al fresco dining area for days when you want to eat under a sea breeze. The villa also offers kayaks for those who want a bit of adventure.
Amenities like cable television channels, wireless Internet access, and a sound system will add to the appeal of this unique villa for large groups.

Holidays/Festive Conditions: For cancellations greater than 121 days prior to arrival, 25% of the deposit paid is forfeited. Cancellations within 120 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note for Festive season all payment are non refundable for the following villas: Rio Chico, Lime-Acre, Sundown, Whispering Waters, Keela Wee, Happy Hour, and Sea Grapes.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
