A vast property with six bedrooms, it can easily sleep 12 guests. It is located safely behind the gates of the exclusive Punta Cana Resort on the Caribean’s best golf course. The seclusion and privacy of the estate will make you forget that you are in a resort, you will think the members of your small vacation party is the only people left in the world.
The meticulously cared for ground include a covered pavilion and outdoor kitchen for cooking and dining al fresco. There is a large swimming pool with plenty of sunbathers for basking in the warmth of the Caribean sun. Indoors you will find a modern color scheme full of crisp whites and cool grays. The chic contemporary kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a family meal. The bedrooms are spacious and decorated in soothing neutrals to help you fall asleep peacefully while you listen to the sounds of the wind blowing through the palm trees. There is even a bedroom designed especially for children with a railed bed for safety. Most of the bedrooms have patio or deck access.
The property is fully staffed with a butler, chef, gardener, pool person, and daily maid service. If you require anything urgently during your stay, the property manager is on-call. The house is equipped with WiFi, and you have full access to the resort amenities like the spa and tennis courts.

- Holiday Minimum Length of Stay- The villa will accept a 7 night stay over Christmas with a December 26th departure. For stays over New Years eve, the villa may require a 12-14 night minimum. If Christmas week has been reserved then the villa will accept a 7 night stay over New Years. If traveling within 90 days, please contact us for waivers.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
