Tucked into the Arrecife area of the Punta Cana resort in the Dominican Republic, the Villa Arrecife 17 provides you with a luxurious home away from home surrounded by the many world-class amenities that make the area so famous.
Beginning in the 1970s, the resort soon expanded to 26 square miles including Tortuga Bay, The Westin Puntacana Resort & Club, Four Points by Sheraton Puntacana Village, Six Senses Spa, the Puntacana Ecological Foundation, and high-end residential districts. Guests enjoy a full service marina, the La Cana Clubhouse with spa, restaurant and bar, a tennis center, gourmet restaurants, shopping, and two professionally designed golf courses.
Will you spend all of your time exploring the resort amenities? Perhaps, but the eight-bedroom villa is also the ideal hideaway for those who wish to do nothing more than relax in comfort and style. It too is packed with amenities that include a remarkable swimming pool area, outdoor barbecue space, and large and private grounds. The pool uses an infinity edge design that gazes out to the golf course, and which is large enough for taking laps. There is also a plunge pool tucked discreetly at one end of the terrace area and it too is furnished as a lounging space.
The pool tucks back beneath the verandah and is flanked by sundecks and framed by a dining gazebo at one end and a lounging gazebo at the other. The villa opens to and gazes down on this lovely setting, and it uses an open-air design that makes the most of the delicious sea breezes and dazzling scenery.
Inside, the ground floor features a beautifully decorated living room with oversized banquette sofas that gaze out at the views. There is an open floor plan that allows the living room and dining area to be fluid and they both lead back to the gourmet kitchen. The villa is tended by a host and butler but you can use the modern and well-appointed kitchen to whip up drinks, snacks or full-blown meals at any time.
The eight bedrooms are divided between the main house and a guest house and range from king to queen sized suites. All feature a private bath and most present their guests with amazing views of the grounds, gardens, or the sea. All feature entertainment systems, too.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
