Located in the exclusive Hacienda neighborhood within the gated Punta Cana Resort & Club, this home is designed to be enjoyed in every corner. Its unique pyramidal roof, large windows, and soft color palette beautifully capture the essence of the Caribbean, filling each space with natural light and a sense of calm. Every detail of Hacienda B5 invites guests to relax, unwind, and fully embrace the tropical lifestyle.
As soon as you walk through the main entrance, you’ll notice that the heart of the villa is the living room. Here, sunlight flows through the space, highlighting the modern chandelier with rounded light bulbs hanging from the high ceiling. The comfortable sofas invite guests to sit back and relax, whether to watch a favorite movie or share stories after a day full of activities.
Through the wood-framed glass doors is the dining room, which features a glass table with seating for eight and a modern chandelier with a tree-branch design. On the other side, the chef’s kitchen offers everything needed to prepare delicious meals, including industrial hobs and top-quality equipment.
The stairs lead to the second floor, where you’ll find an open balcony area with a cozy lounge and a small library for reading. A wide door opens to a large outdoor balcony with comfortable furniture, a contemporary pool table, and beautiful views of the golf course.
Outside, Hacienda B5 offers a spacious swimming pool with a shallow section where sun loungers can be placed in the water for a perfect tanning spot. The outdoor dining area, with seating for eight, is the ideal place to enjoy dinner and relax after an exciting day under the Caribbean sun.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
