Set in the lovely marina area of the Punta Cana Resort & Club, Villa Marina 4 is a portrait of Caribbean paradise. With its waterfront location, the villa is remarkably picturesque. Walking up your private path to your large and expansive lawn, you may marvel at the hues that surround you. From the verdant grass and mature trees to the turquoise blue of the sea and the pool, it is a breathtaking Dominican Republic setting.
Designed to really emphasize the beauty of the setting, the property features a tremendous amount of outdoor living space. The covered terrace provides the perfect setting for a large living room space, a lounge, and some al fresco dining. Just off the terrace, and inside of the home, the interior spaces also enhance the sense of space, air, and light.
Thanks to a pale palette of white and sea blue, high ceilings, and open floor plans, the interior living spaces are also a breath of fresh air. A media room, a formal dining room, a massive central hall, and a living room facing to the sea provide even more spots to enjoy casual conversations and hours of relaxation and fun. There is a modern gourmet kitchen in the villa as well, and if you are not interested in cooking you can simply hire the resort's chef to handle it for you.
There are five bedrooms in the villa, each with a large and luxurious en suite bathroom. The bedrooms all feature views of the gardens or the sea, and provide WiFi and TV services, too.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, US$1000.00 is forfeited. Cancellation within 59 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all reservations between Dec 18 - Jan 10, Easter week, Thanksgiving week and Presidents' Day week are 100% non-refundable.

- Holiday Minimum Length of Stay- The villa will accept a 7 night stay over Christmas with a December 26th departure. For stays over New Years eve, the villa may require a 12-14 night minimum. If Christmas week has been reserved then the villa will accept a 7 night stay over New Years. If traveling within 90 days, please contact us for waivers.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
