A eight-bedroom masterpiece, it is located within the Punta Cana Resort in the Dominican Republic where it looks out over the golf course and provides impressive amenities within its private gardens and grounds.
Overlooking the view is the pool terrace, which features a gorgeous, rectangular pool with stone surround. Full-sized sun beds line one end and your very own grass-roofed palapa sits at the end. Spend hours in the cool of the shade here, and enjoy the full-sized sofas and al fresco dining it allows. Heading to the villa itself, you reach the portico where even more outdoor living is to be enjoyed.
Step inside and you will marvel at the richness of the décor and the beauty that such simple lines and a pale palette can create. The foyer leads to the shared living spaces, which include a formal dining room, a beautifully decorated living room, a family room with entertainment system, and the impressive kitchen. A true gourmet's space, it features an island and array of modern appliances.
The eight bedrooms range from the master suites with access to the upper level terrace to the guest rooms with two single or a queen size bed. There are two master suites with private baths, and one with terrace access. Another lower level suite features two queen beds, and the upper floor suites include a king and a queen suite, one with terrace access.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, US$1000.00 is forfeited. Cancellation within 59 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all reservations between Dec 18 - Jan 10, Easter week, Thanksgiving week and Presidents' Day week are 100% non-refundable.

- Holiday Minimum Length of Stay- The villa will accept a 7 night stay over Christmas with a December 26th departure. For stays over New Years eve, the villa may require a 12-14 night minimum. If Christmas week has been reserved then the villa will accept a 7 night stay over New Years. If traveling within 90 days, please contact us for waivers.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
