The Estate consists of two Villas with its seven en suite bedrooms: Amancaya(5BDR) and Cozy Amancaya(2BDR).
Villa Amancaya is described by some as an oasis with its beautiful zen gardens and others as a true retreat, the Villa boasts five en suite bedrooms, rare views overlooking the bay at Anse des Lezards, and decor that rivals any tropical paradise. The strong Balinese influences are felt at every turn and can be found in the earthy beauty of the pool area with natural stone, teak decking, and a dense garden. However, the clean lines and the Asian-inspired decor also keep the theme going as you move through every room in the villa.
The large gourmet kitchen connects directly to the outdoor breakfast bar and two dining areas. Several lounge areas are found along tiered terraces and gardens, and a separate cottage near the pool offers an ideal place to meditate or relax.
Cozy Amancaya makes a bold first impression with a dark, slate-stone foundation for the pool and poolside terrace embossed with the name in gold letters: AMANCAYA. Wooden stairs admit guests out of the palms in the garden and onto the terrace proper with the pool immediately to the left. Two sun loungers are on the terrace to the right. There’s also a bistro set with two modern chairs in black and white around a matching table. Finally, the poolside lounge bed matching the bistro set allows for comfortable poolside reading or even a luxurious afternoon nap.
The terrace extends into a deck, leaving the pool behind and manifesting an outdoor dining table for eating alfresco.
Two king bedrooms allow sleeping arrangements for four. These bedrooms have a shared bathroom with a shower, vanity, and water closet. Both rooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans, televisions, and views of the natural elements that surround Amancaya, including palm gardens lit for ambiance, and the pool.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
