Endless Summer Escape
Nestled near the beaches of Anse des Cayes, St. Barts, Villa Greenheart is one of two new villas in the area in tandem with Villa Prana (PRN). Greenheart offers an excellent location for a tropical vacation with three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, and room for up to six guests of any age. It can also be rented with Villa Prana for a large group of up to 12 people enjoying a stay in St. Barts.
Enjoy spending time underneath vaulted natural wood ceilings in the living area, where a ceiling fan, a large sectional sofa, and a television with Sonos sound and various cable channels are provided. This area opens up into a kitchen that lets in copious amounts of natural light and is equipped with all the appliances needed to cook a feast. This villa also comes with a pool person and a housekeeper who comes in every day except Sunday.
Two of the three bedrooms at this villa come with king-sized beds, while the last bedroom has two single beds or a king bed, depending on guest needs. Each of the bedrooms comes with air conditioning, a television, and a safe. All rooms also have bathrooms, and the master suite comes with a view of the ocean. One of the rooms is in the basement for extra privacy for an individual or couple.
Outside of the villa, guests can spend time on the beach enjoying sunbathing or walks. The Hotel Manipani is nearby with many extra services, and guests can reach the nearest grocery store in a five-minute walk. The villa also offers a terrace with a heated pool, outdoor dining, and plenty of both sun and shade. This space is perfect for anyone who loves the beach and wants to spend time in one of the most beautiful parts of the country.
