Villa Lina St Barts. Overlooking lovely Flamands Beach in the Colombier area of St. Barts, the lovely Villa Lina is a surprising find. Designed by renowned architect Johannes Zingerle, it has been created to blend seamlessly into the pristine natural setting and offer an array of unique features and amenities. It has also been crafted to make the very most of the scenery, and visitors can marvel at the sights from every room or exterior space.
This is particularly true when you are at the lovely pool terrace, which gazes out at the amazing sea views and is surrounded by appealing sun decks. However, there are also lovely sights to be seen in unexpected spots. At the rear of the villa, and at the base of a stunning natural wall, you find a soothing pergola and a lovely reflection pool surrounded by tropical growth.
There is an expanse of covered terrace furnished with great style and comfort, designed to allow you to enjoy the views at sunrise, sunset, and even beneath starry skies. An al fresco dining area is here too, and indoors, the décor is streamlined and welcoming. There is a great room with high, blonde wood ceilings and satin smooth terrazzo floors. It features an open floor plan that includes the large living room, dining area, and kitchen.
The living room has a banquette and entertainment center, and the dining room is nearby and leads to the remarkably modern kitchen. With solid black cabinetry, it is a sleek and beautifully appointed space in which to make meals or drinks. Premium appliances ensure each task is easy and enjoyable.
The three bedrooms have been situated on either side of the shared living area to optimize their views and guarantee privacy. They are king suites with large and private bathrooms. Both have access to the terrace and outdoor showers.
Though small, the stunning Villa Lina is a treasure that will make your next visit unforgettable.
